Bowflex SelectTech Adjustable Bench Series 5.1

This is a very nice bank of any standards and how the other reviews, it is very easy. The instructions are well written, the charts are clear and the whole is well designed and heavy construction. It is also veasy adapt and not many small parts. It is virually identical to the Bowflex 3.1 Bank, only with more positions.

I think the four positions on the 3.1 adequate for a good training, but more angles are always better. This is especially true if you are injured or feeling tense. Moreover, it is a perfect product for use with a dumbbell workout. If you go down that route, I recommend either couple Personal Power Block Adjustable Dumbbells - 5-45 pounds to 5 pounds or otherwise PowerBlock sports block Dumbbell Set. This adjustable dumbbells are robust, less expensive than other brands and the safest, I know.

Some other details about the bank ... the material is a medium thick vinyl. I think a better material and padding would improve the product in general, but at this price point I think there's plenty tough. I am very satisfied with the quality / cost ratio.

If this bank, you can finally a power rack can be used with your bank and as a squat / deadlift rack. One as I do, that it Phys-x Half Rack 10418, but there are also others, depending on your needs. Get a good but that's not something you want to save especially if you have to build significant mass.
